The Grocery Bag

  • 1 Green Onion
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Mango
  • Olive Oil
  • Braggs Vinegar
  • Adobo Seasoning
  • Salmon or chicken can be used

1) Brush salmon/chicken with olive oil and for best flavor marinate it by seasoning it with freshly squeezed lemon juice, Badia adobo seasoning.1oz for every ounce of salmon or chicken. 30 min is a great marinating time but it is up to you. Then Bake for 25-30 min at 400 Degrees


2)Served Chilled. Peel and cut into slices cucumber, mango, Green onion and place in a large bowl.

3) Add 2-3 light shakes of Badia Adobo seasoning and 2oz of olive oil and add Braggs vinegar to your liking.

4)Toss around and squish with your hands and Enjoy!
