Return Policy

Most of our items are eligible for returns so if your item is defective, faulty, or damaged please contact us via here or our contact us page on the home screen and email us within 7 days to initiate a return.

In the email provide your name, address, email address, order number, reason for return, and proof of the issue via photo or video. We do not accept returns for items that are incorrect sizes so please make sure you adhere to the size charts and have an understanding of your waist, bust or chest, hips, height and weight before purchasing your items. If unsure, we recommend purchasing one size larger if the size chart is only in kg or cm.

NOTE: We ship all over the world so we display some size charts only in kg and cm and some with inches and cm. To convert cm to inches divide by 2.54. To covert lbs to kg divide by 2.2.

Once we approve the return Athletic Aha! will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Please write that number on the shipping label. Note: there is no reimbursement for return shipping. Be sure to include the reasoning in your package. We need to know what went wrong so we can fix it immediately and give the best customer service possible.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please contact us within & 2 days to be given your Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Please write that number on the shipping label.

These items are considered FINAL SALES for your safety and health. Athletic Aha! does NOT participate in returns on the following: 

  • Swimsuits
  • Underwear
  • Bras
  • Socks
  • Hygiene items
  • Makeup
  • Hair items
  • Lotions
  • Perishable goods: food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 Please include your reasoning for the return so that we can make this experience better for our customers by promptly fixing any issues Athletic Aha! Make this return simple by including in the return a note telling us what went wrong. You can also email this info in the contact us description box. Athletic Aha! must be notified about the return within 7 days. This will ensure we have time to fix the issue and get a return label sent to the purchaser. Note the product will be accepted for up to 30 days past the received date. Eligible Returns

  1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it.
  2. It must also be in the original packaging.
  3. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind.
  5. Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it can not be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us on our contact us page.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email through our contact us page.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are sorry but we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. so please consider trackable shipping carefully.
